Mike founded Forge Athletic's strength program and has been training athletes and everyday people for over 14 years. A former collegiate powerlifter, he brings a no-nonsense, science-backed approach to strength training that produces real, measurable results.
Coach Mike's philosophy is simple: progressive overload, consistency, and recovery. He has coached clients ranging from high school athletes to 60-year-olds looking to get strong for the first time. He meets you where you are — and pushes you past where you think you can go.
Sarah brings a rare combination of athletic training and mindfulness to the Forge floor. A former collegiate gymnast with a background in physical therapy, she understands the body from every angle — how it moves, where it's vulnerable, and how to make it resilient.
Her classes are challenging without being punishing. Members frequently describe them as "the class that makes everything else feel better." Whether it's her 75-minute recovery yoga or her precision Pilates Core session, Sarah leaves you more mobile, more balanced, and more in tune with your body.
Alex is the energy of Forge Athletic. A certified NASM personal trainer and former Marine Corps fitness instructor, he brings an intensity to his classes that is equal parts demanding and encouraging. His sessions are structured, purposeful, and always effective.
Alex specializes in high-intensity interval training, cardio conditioning, and boot camp-style programming. He has a talent for pushing people past what they thought they were capable of — and making them come back for more. His Morning Run Club has become a Forge institution.
Tara discovered her passion for group fitness after competing in amateur Muay Thai for five years. She brings that martial arts discipline and intensity to every class she leads — her Kickboxing sessions are routinely the fastest-filling classes on the schedule.
On the bike, Tara creates an experience that's equal parts playlist-driven motivation and interval precision. Her Cycling Blast classes push your cardiovascular threshold in ways that feel more like a concert than a workout — until the next day, when you feel every second of it.
